Here is a recent story about my listing at 1049 Fifth Avenue #11C asking $4,250,000. This condo was on the market for over 300 days with the previous broker without achieving success. I took over the listing, re-positioned it and developed a very aggressive marketing campaign which included new photos, staging and a compelling video to tell the story of 11C. In just 11 days I received two excellent offers. Unfortunately my client had a life changing event that made him postpone selling his apartment until the end of this year.
